We listen to your preferences. Before you start using our services we will discuss with you your domestic needs and desires. You specify the work you want to be done in the allocated time. The day and time for cleaning will be agreed so that it suits you. Once you have specified all the details we will enter an Agreement. You can also request to meet with your personal cleaner.
We offer reliable service - from the first day of your subscription, only your personal cleaner will be taking care of your home. In the case of illness, we are ready to offer you the services of another cleaner on a temporary basis.
We guarantee quality - precise cleaning every time. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly come back and re-clean whatever is in question for no additional charge. The cleaner will use your materials and equipment. This ensures that only your preferred products are used and that cost is kept as low as possible.

Ironing
Why not combine our regular ironing service with our regular domestic cleaning service?
It is possible to have a cleaner come in on a regular basis for a specified time. In addition to the cleaning duties for the day, you can also leave instructions to have your ironing done.
All of the cleaners that we recommend to you are happy to do any ironing at your home. As well as being excellent at cleaning, they are all experienced & efficient at ironing and will be happy to iron all of the items that you leave out for them with great care and attention to detail.
If you want a dedicated ironing service then we can also arrange this for you. Our ironing service is at the same cost as our regular cleaning service.
